Intro and Problem

When Aomata LLC approached me, they were preparing to launch their new data transfer app, Smart Transfer. They needed an experienced digital marketing strategist to plan everything from scratch and achieve a viral app launch with minimal resources. With only a small team of 2–3 junior marketers under my management, the challenge was to build momentum organically and through paid channels — without the luxury of a massive budget.
